Today I am all about inviting pleasure into my everyday life, creating transformative workshops and reconnecting women with their desires. Free of shame and guilt.

Before that I was a professional runner for many years - talking problems, not marathons - but in 2017 I chose to take a leap. I quit my job, left my apartment, sold my belongings and explored the world on my own. I’ve traveled half the globe for almost two years, with only 5.000 USD in my pocket and faced my fears. All my fears. For the very first time.
The fear of unworthiness, limiting beliefs around money, my own body and numbed emotions. Many emotions.

I found my way back home, I became the person I had always secretly desired to be and created a life that feels in alignment.
